To begin a custom pet necklace, we require a A$40 deposit.
Please place the deposit through our website, and leave your custom notes either:

in the order note at checkout, or

by messaging our customer service account.
Your notes can include:

your colour vibe or preferred stones, or
-
the feeling/intention you’d like for your pet (for example: calm, happy, playful, confident).
Once the deposit is placed, we will confirm your design with you. You can either:

let us create a draft based on your chosen colour vibe, then adjust it together, or

choose the exact beads/stones yourself for a more personalised design
What the deposit covers
The A$40 deposit is the base fee for a custom pet necklace, and includes:

initial custom set-up and preparation
Once the design is confirmed, the remaining balance must be paid before shipping.
